A backbone of the sunny border, Gaillardia is loved worldwide for its array of bright, cheerful, daisy-like flowers. Butterflies and finches are also big fans!
Flowers cluster in the warm end of the spectrum, appropriate for this American native, which is most widespread in the West and Southwest.

Dark crimson flowers age to lighter hues for multicolored effect. Some petals have gold tips. (Pictured above)

Selected for its compact habit and profusion of blooms, this Gaillardia boasts reddish orange flowers edged in golden yellow. Prized for their drought tolerance, bright colors, and long period of bloom.
