A refreshing update on the "backbone" tall garden phlox. Hybridized by Hans Hansen for compact growth, mildew resistant leathery foliage, and most notably, fragrant flowers in unique colors that bloom up to three weeks earlier than the familiar P. paniculata. Stoloniferous growth means vigorous but controlled spread. Pale lavender-pink flowers mellow to white with purple eye zone.
